Aisling Connell
Aisling Connell is a motivated business leader based in London, with over 15 years experience working in the fashion industry. She began her career in design, later moving her focus to product development and production for contemporary and luxury brands including Shrimps and Pringle of Scotland.
Most recently she directed operations for Wales Bonner, where her responsibilities included finance, logistics, HR, supply chain management, goal setting, business analysis and strategy.
In 2025 she started her consultancy practice, working with creative SMEs across product, project and business management.
