Aisling Connell

Aisling Connell is a motivated business leader based in London, with over 15 years experience working in fashion and creative industries. She began her career in design, later moving her focus to product development and production for contemporary and luxury brands including Shrimps and Pringle of Scotland.

She later directed operations for Wales Bonner, where her responsibilities included finance, logistics, HR, supply chain management, goal setting, business analysis and strategy.

In 2025 she began her consultancy practice, working with creative SMEs across product, project and business management. Her current client list includes Conner Ives and Friendly Pressure.
